This Privacy Policy describes how In One Peace (“we,” “us,” “our,” “Dr. Dorland”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit InOnePeace.com, contact us through our website or social media pages, or use our online scheduling and intake tools.

It is separate from our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which governs how we handle Protected Health Information (PHI) once you become a client. If you are a current or prospective client, you’ll receive that notice separately as part of your intake paperwork.

  • Headway — insurance-based intake and billing
  • Zoom — video sessions-
  • Facebook & Instagram (Meta) — our practice page and any Messenger or Instagram DM communications are governed by Meta’s own Privacy Policy, which we do not control
  • TikTok — our practice’s TikTok content and any comments or messages there are governed by TikTok’s own Privacy Policy, which we do not control

We use the following third-party tools to understand general website traffic, measure how visitors find us, and, where applicable, to reach people who may benefit from our services through advertising:

Children’s Privacy

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 through this site.

Client clinical records are subject to separate retention requirements under state law and our HIPAA policies, and cannot be deleted on request.
