I offer clinical supervision to new LACs and therapists working toward independent licensure under contract with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
I’ve spent over 20 years working with children and families, and I’ve been independently licensed in Arizona since 2013. Alongside my own clinical work, I’ve spent several years as a clinical supervisor, including experience working directly with the board on licensure requirements. You can find me listed here on the board’s approved supervisor list.
Supervision with me is grounded in the same thing my client work is: helping you build real clinical judgment, not just log hours toward licensure. We’ll talk through your cases, your clinical decision-making, and the parts of the work that training programs don’t always prepare you for — how to hold hard sessions, how to know when a case is outside your scope, and how to grow into the kind of therapist you actually want to be.
